CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Reservation conditions
What happens if I’m unable to attend? Below you’ll find our clear cancellation policy, respectful of both travelers’ rights and the many suppliers who are notified as soon as the booking is successful and prepare to host you.
PACKAGES AND ADVENTURE TOURS
FREE CANCELLATION Up to 31 days before departure, the refundable amount is 100%.
SUBSEQUENT CANCELLATIONS For cancellations from 30 to 21 days before departure, the refundable amount is 50%. For cancellations from 20 to 11 days before departure, the refundable amount is 30%.
NO SHOW For cancellations within 10 days prior to departure, no refunds are provided.
PAYMENT An advance payment of €100.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled in full 30 days prior to departure. If the reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is due immediately. Alternative solutions can be explored for group bookings.
SINGLE EXCURSIONS
FREE CANCELLATION Up to 48 hours before departure, the refundable amount is 100%.
NO SHOW For cancellations within 48 hours prior to departure, no refunds are provided.
PAYMENT 100% advance payment required.
EVENTS, DAILY PACKAGES
FREE CANCELLATION Up to 5 days before the activity, the refundable amount is 100%.
NO SHOW No Refunds for cancellations made within 4 days prior to the activity.
PAYMENT 100% advance payment required.
COVID-19
In the event of travel impossibility due to Covid-19-related travel restrictions (national, regional, or local), it will be possible to use the 100% already paid credit for another date or another Ivy Tour product within a year. There are no exceptions to Ivy Tour’s cancellation policy for those who cancel their trip within 30 days of the departure date due to Covid-19-related circumstances (such as testing positive or being in contact with positive individuals). In other words, if you test positive for Covid-19 a week before departure and wish to cancel the reservation, the same cancellation policy applies as for any other reason (see above).
